The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may chose only those items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our services. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reasons in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Our fee for the services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; staff assistance prior to, during and following the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in these charges are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory costs.
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) |

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. |

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an unfinished wood box or an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like heavy cardboard or composition materials, with or without outside coverings.

This charge includes a graveside service within 50 miles of Music Funeral Home, same-day visitation at funeral home, removal from place of death, local transportation vehicles, opening and closing of grave with a tent and chairs, and an 18” infant casket/vault combination.
Any services other than the ones mentioned above will be paid by the infant's family. Additional charges such as cemetery permit fees, purchasing of cemetery lots, newspaper notices, and any other cash advances are to paid by the family.
